Point72's Technology team leads the firm’s IT and payroll system innovations to support a global, compliant payroll operation. The role emphasizes Workday payroll management, outsourcing via CloudPay, and secure data handling within an agile framework.

You will collaborate with regional teams to manage calendars, data transmissions, and regulatory updates, while directing testing and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate pay for employees worldwide.

Competenze

• 7+ years in payroll systems or payroll operations within a multinational organization
• Hands-on Workday payroll experience including security roles and worker data
• Experience supporting outsourced payroll processing via CloudPay
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll including taxes, benefits, pensions, garnishments, year-end processing
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot payroll integrations with data files and secure transfers
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, data privacy, audit trails, and secure data handling
• Experience gathering requirements, configuration support, testing, release management, and post-production support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across regions/time zones
• Commitment to high ethical standards

Mansioni

• Support global payroll IT across core and third-party platforms to ensure accurate payroll execution
• Analyze end-to-end payroll processes and translate business needs into system requirements and configurations
• Triage production issues, validate data, and coordinate urgent payroll fixes
• Monitor and troubleshoot payroll integrations with HR, finance, banking, benefits, and tax systems
• Collaborate with global payroll teams on calendars, cutoffs, and funding timelines
• Lead testing for releases, country rollouts, and statutory updates
• Reconcile payroll outputs and strengthen audit controls for sensitive data
• Maintain runbooks, mappings, and country operating procedures
• Deliver resilient payroll systems through internal/external collaboration
