Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to lead accurate and compliant payroll processing across the United States, EMEA, and APAC. You will own end-to-end payroll cycles, collaborate with HR and Finance, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining data integrity and strong controls.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in U.S. and international payroll, deep knowledge of payroll regulations, and a proactive, process-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience including U.S. and international.
• Experience with multiple countries in EMEA and APAC via payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls on semi-monthly and monthly schedules for NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, equity, and deductions.
• Review payroll registers, tax calculations, and funding requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and audit support across countries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, Equity, Legal, and payroll vendors.
• Resolve payroll questions with urgency and discretion.
