SiTime is seeking a senior Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, timely payroll processing across the United States, EMEA, and APAC from input to reconciliation and reporting. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and external providers in a fast-paced tech environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep U.S. payroll expertise, multi-country experience, and a focus on controls and data quality to scale global payroll operations as SiTime grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including substantial hands-on responsibility for both U.S. and international payroll processing.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with U.S. payroll practices, wage and hour requirements, and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls on semi-monthly and monthly schedules across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs including hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, benefits, and time off.
• Review payroll registers, tax calculations, deductions, and funding requirements before approval.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain audit-ready records across all countries.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.
