Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience with significant international payroll exposure.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Global role aligned to U.S. business hours; flexible across time zones to support Europe, India, and other regions.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, taxation and compliance.
• Experience managing payroll vendors across multiple countries.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills (pivot tables, dashboards).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• International experience with concentration in Europe, India, and Japan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end international payroll operations across multiple regions.
• Manage relationships and performance of global payroll vendors.
• Ensure payroll compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead payroll technology enhancements and transformation initiatives.
