Job summary
Regeneron in Sleepy Hollow, NY, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead global recruiting strategies across Clinical Sciences, Medical Directors, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations. This on-site role involves 4 days at the office and 1 day remote, with 25% travel to nearby sites for interviews and meetings.

Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience working in-house in a pharmaceutical or biotech company is required.
- Experience recruiting in clinical sciences, medical directors, regulatory affairs, medical affairs.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and lead candidates through full recruitment lifecycle with excellent candidate experience.
- Build proactive pipelines for critical, leadership roles using advanced search techniques and relationship tools.
- Advise hiring leaders on talent gaps and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with Global Development leaders to tailor recruiting strategies per function.
- Manage candidate activity in ATS/TRM systems (Beamery) and maintain strong stakeholder trust.
- Stay current on industry trends and labor market conditions to improve strategies.
