Job summary

Coinflow is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own a high-impact surface area including pay-ins, payouts, geographic expansion, and merchant experience. You will collaborate with engineering, data, legal, operations, and finance to ship a world-class payments product that moves money globally in seconds.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role with room to grow into leadership across the product org.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in a complex or regulated surface.
• Proven track record shipping from ambiguity to production.
• Ability to define problem spaces and build roadmaps independently.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of payments rails, vendor selection, pricing, compliance, and product capability.

Responsibilities

• Build market strategy for geographic expansion and GTM plans.
• Own global payments vendor procurement, evaluation, and post-onboarding relationships.
• Own the merchant and developer experience across checkout, withdrawals, and API.
• Shape fraud and decisioning product by partnering with risk and data teams.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear product specs.
• Drive decisions with data by analyzing performance and insights.
• Contribute broadly across pay-ins, payouts, and orchestration as you ramp.
