Job summary

Coinflow is hiring a Product Manager to own a high-impact surface area across risk and compliance infrastructure — and grow into a generalist across the broader product org.

This role sits at the center of risk and compliance tooling, fraud and decisioning infrastructure, and vendor onboarding, collaborating closely with engineering, data, operations, and compliance teams to craft scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of shipping end-to-end — from ambiguous problem to production.
• Comfortable owning a problem space without a roadmap handed to you.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tooling for risk and compliance and build faster, more accurate systems.
• Translate ambiguous workflows into structured, scalable products.
• Build risk-adjacent product: case management, onboarding flows, decisioning logic, fraud reporting surfaces.
• Own global payments vendor procurement: evaluate providers, drive legal reviews, and manage post-onboarding relationships.
• Work with engineering and data to turn complex requirements into shippable product.
• Contribute across the product org, expanding pay-in, payout, and orchestration beyond risk surface.
• Drive decisions with data by surfacing insights and iterating quickly.
