Job summary

Coinflow is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own risk and real-time decisioning across the platform, shaping thresholds, policies, and outcomes that impact our own P&L. You will align with engineering, data science, finance, compliance, and the commercial team to deliver end-to-end risk functionality.

The role spans real-time decisioning, loss economics, merchant-facing risk products, and risk-ops tooling, with high ownership and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience across technical or regulated surfaces.
• Experience with products where a wrong decision costs money—risk, payments, or lending.
• Fluency with loss economics and unit economics.
• Experience productizing models with production traffic.
• End-to-end shipping from ambiguous problem to production without a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the approval-rate and loss-rate tradeoff.
• Productize risk models with thresholds, monitoring, and failure behavior.
• Build the loss economics view with finance for pricing and policy.
• Ship merchant-facing risk product with transparency and controls.
• Evaluate and integrate risk infrastructure and providers.
• Make calls with incomplete data and instrument learning.
