Job summary

Coinflow is seeking a Product Manager to own a high-impact surface area across risk and compliance infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and compliance to design and ship tools that speed internal teams, improve risk decisions, and strengthen platform defensibility.

This high-ownership role requires identifying problems with limited structure, driving end-to-end execution, and expanding your remit as you ramp within the product org.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Track record shipping end-to-end from ambiguity to production.
• Comfortable owning a problem space without a roadmap handed to you.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tooling for risk and compliance workflows.
• Translate ambiguous workflows into structured, scalable tools.
• Build risk-adjacent product features (case management, onboarding, decisioning).
• Own vendor procurement for pay‑in and payout providers; evaluate pricing and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and data to turn requirements into shippable products.
• Contribute across the product org beyond risk surface; iterate with data-driven decisions.
