Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Morton, IL is seeking a Senior Parts Orders Analyst to coordinate division-wide workflow for Operations, Customer Service, Carriers and Traffic, ensuring accurate and timely processing of international orders.

This 2nd shift, on-site role requires collaboration across global teams, careful invoicing and PGI execution, effective route management, proactive customer communication, and a focus on delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international parts order fulfillment with SCS and SCS China.
• Process orders through invoicing, PGI, and shipment documents.
• Oversee route management for proper staging of shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the global supply chain network.
• Communicate with customers to expedite orders and provide service.
• Coordinate order execution with international stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and print invoices accurately.
• Support management of deferred and guaranteed shipments.
• Monitor order status and identify delivery improvements.
• Develop knowledge of multiple operational functions for flexible support.
• Prioritize high-volume orders during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
