Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center in Morton, IL.

You will provide leadership for a group of 5 direct reports and a broader team of 60 production associates, driving inventory accuracy and process excellence across the site. This role requires strong analytical and logistics experience, including familiarity with SAP EWM and a track record of driving continuous improvement.

• Embed lean and BIQ tools to improve processes and quality.
• Oversee quality operations and align with global targets.
• Develop and administer monthly financial reporting and analyses.
