Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Strategic Partnerships in the Lingo division, based in Alameda, CA. You will build senior-level relationships, identify innovative partnerships, and drive enterprise deals, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.

You will manage complex partnerships, lead cross-divisional collaboration, and support deal negotiations to create value for Abbott’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years total business experience with at least 4 years in sales or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with potential partners at senior levels.
• Lead cross-divisional collaboration to provide a One Abbott approach to target partners.
• Support deal structure, negotiations, and diligence while protecting value for the division.
• Develop financial models with reasonable assumptions with Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare presentations for senior management with analyses and financials of transactions under consideration.
• Manage multiple projects and evaluations under tight timelines.
