Job summary

OSM Thome Limited is seeking an Offshore HSE Supervisor for worldwide projects on offshore vessels and rigs. You will implement HSE systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations during 12-hour rotations across global sites.

The role emphasizes safety culture, compliance with ISO standards, and coordination with offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an HSE professional within Oil & Gas Offshore Construction.
• NEBOSH certification (owning NEBOSH IGC certificate or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience implementing HSE management systems and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• HSE Management and Compliance: implement and monitor company HSE systems onboard offshore vessels and sites.
• Risk Management: support risk assessments, JSA, and risk control measures.
• Training and Safety Culture: deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Incident Management and Reporting: participate in investigations and track corrective actions.
• Environmental Management: monitor environmental aspects and compliance.
• Leadership and Coordination: coordinate HSE initiatives and act as focal point for offshore operations.
