Job summary

Transocean's QHSE Group seeks a Rig HSE Advisor to provide coaching and guidance on implementing the company\'s HSE management system. The role is primarily site-based, spending significant time on offshore rigs and reporting to the Master/OIM with a dotted line to the onshore HSE focal point.

You will lead safety oversight, participate in drills, ensure compliance with PSA requirements, and promote safe, inclusive work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' offshore drilling experience.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• MS Office proficiency mandatory.
• PSA activities regulations qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote, participate in and coach personnel on OI & HSE Process and Standards.
• Maintain SME knowledge of the Company OI & HSE Process and Standards.
• Ensure regular, open, timely and relevant communication with HSE line management.
• Monitor and verify that the HSE communication boards are maintained with current information.
