OSM Thome Limited seeks an Offshore HSE Officer for worldwide offshore vessels. This role supports HSE management, audits, and incident investigations on 12-month renewable contracts with 56/28 or 90/30 rotation options.

Responsibilities include promoting safety culture, leading risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and local regulations. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an HSE professional in offshore oil & gas construction.
• Experience implementing HSE management systems and risk assessments.
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 awareness or auditor training.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective HSE management system implementation offshore.
• Monitor compliance with local laws and ISO standards.
• Provide expert HSE guidance to management and workforce.
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records and KPI reports.
