Transocean Ltd is seeking a Rig HSE Advisor to support the implementation of the HSE management system on offshore rigs. The role involves spending most time at worksites, coaching personnel, and reporting to Master/OIM and onshore HSE focal points.

Responsibilities include promoting safety culture, conducting drills, and ensuring compliance with PSA requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of offshore HSE experience, valid medical certificates, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of offshore drilling HSE experience.
• Must communicate effectively with all personnel levels.
• MS Office proficiency and reporting capabilities required.
• PSA/authority requirements qualifications must be held.
• Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and enforce HSE processes and standards on rigs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to rig personnel on HSE management system.
• Maintain clear communication with Master/OIM and onshore HSE focal point.
• Support and participate in drills, incident investigations, and audits.
• Report timely incidents and coordinate with relevant lines.
