Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager II to lead complex, global NPI and industrialization programs within 50 miles of Southfield, MI. You will ensure adherence to ProLaunch and ProPM, coach junior PMs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet business-case targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in program management, with PMP preferred. Automotive experience and MBA/engineering advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 years of Program Management or related experience.
• 2+ years of leading projects.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle from development through launch to achieve financials for NPI/STP/VAVE programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to owner's levels of readiness at start of production.
• Develop and execute project management plans for scope, schedule, and financials.
• Engage stakeholders to align on business case, risks, and milestones.
• Tailor messaging and lead reviews for robust decision making.
