Job summary

CACI is seeking an Enterprise Monitoring Observability Lead (SME) to guide global IT infrastructure monitoring for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape strategy, and deliver real‑time dashboards and predictive insights to enable executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years in IT operations monitoring, observability, or related fields.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Expertise with Grafana as central observability platform and experience designing dashboards for application, infrastructure, and system metrics.
• Experience deploying and instrumenting enterprise monitoring tools (Oracle EM, OCI Monitoring, AWS CloudWatch, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership for enterprise monitoring operations across global CA IT infrastructure.
• Establish monitoring strategy with program-level dashboards and near real-time data visualization for executives.
• Direct infrastructure availability monitoring across 350+ facilities to ensure performance and rapid issue resolution.
• Develop metrics collection, analysis, and reporting aligned with mission objectives and security posture.
• Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting related to monitoring capabilities.
