Responsibilities

Lead operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the enterprise monitoring solution across 350+ global facilities.
Design, implement, and maintain monitoring capabilities with executive dashboards and reports for senior management.
Monitor infrastructure availability, coordinate issue resolution affecting 40,000+ users globally.
Develop a Capacity Management Plan and address evolving business and cybersecurity needs.
Mentor team members and supervise monitoring operations initiatives.
