Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with project management experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environment preferred
• Strong planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority across geographies and leadership levels
• Experience with global Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or cross-functional product teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insights with Medical Affairs Lead to inform global/local product strategy
• Ensure Medical Plan goals and progress are tracked and communicated
• Align global and local Medical leads on Medical Plan execution
• Understand Global Medical Strategy and integrate with cross-functional partners
• Partner with Asset Lead for cross-functional planning and risk resolution
• Monitor timelines, progress, and deviations to leadership
• Conduct risk management and contingency planning across projects
• Apply AI tools to strengthen medical planning and reporting
