• Oversee content development for publications, congress materials, educational content, slides, and training resources.
• Develop and mentor team members across the scientific communications team.
• Provide functional leadership aligning priorities with therapeutic area strategies and business needs.
• Partner across functions and regions to ensure coordinated execution and clear roles.
• Drive operating model adoption for standardized content development and reuse.
• Advance digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance scientific exchange and workflows.
