Formación

• Minimum 8–12 years in pharma, with at least half in Medical Affairs.
• 5+ years in medical publications or scientific communications.
• Experience leading teams in Global Medical Affairs or related field.
• Ability to work in complex global matrix environments and influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated scientific communication and publication plans aligned with global medical strategy.
• Oversee development of publications, congress materials, educational content, and other evidence-based communications.
• Develop and mentor team members across the scientific communications function.
• Provide functional leadership aligning priorities with therapeutic area strategies and business needs.
• Partner across functions and regions to ensure coordinated execution and role clarity.
• Advance digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance scientific exchange and workflows.
• Establish performance and quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
