Qualifications

• 12+ years of management experience in fast-paced operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or closely related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience leading large-scale operations and high-performance teams.
• Experience leading international operations.
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of workflow management, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with technical systems managing large-scale operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead operational teams to drive objectives, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Oversee implementation of business practices, processes, and operational strategies.
• Partner with Service Delivery and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic goals including revenue, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage day-to-day account and operations planning and execution.
• Serve as a primary contact for client relationships and expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective strategies and policies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Lead large teams of associates and managers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure alignment of execution with broader organizational goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC.
