Job summary

JenaValve Technology, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Manager of Global Transportation & Logistics to direct warehouse, transportation and logistics operations.

You will oversee high-value inventory and shipping lanes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical, production, quality and finance teams to optimize the supply chain. The role requires leadership, strong data analysis and ERP experience (QAD preferred), with daily interaction across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL or similar.
• Experience in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing.
• Inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse, transportation and logistics to support commercial and clinical efforts.
• Evaluate transit data, manage high-value inventory and shipping lanes to meet demand and supply needs.
• Oversee temperature-controlled shipping lanes and storage to maintain device integrity.
• Analyze storage layouts and material flow to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Track shipments to ensure adherence to regulatory and customs requirements.
• Audit freight costs and measure transit metrics to optimize partners and costs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate insights into strategies.
• Analyze performance, product movement and availability.
• Execute risk mitigation and corrective actions to manage KPIs.
• Maintain ERP data and UDI tracking in the system.
