Job summary

Ardmore Home Design, Inc. is seeking an International Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize cross-border movement of goods. You will lead global logistics strategies, ensure trade compliance, and manage multi-modal transportation in a fast-paced, luxury home décor supply chain.

You will mentor a diverse team, negotiate with carriers and 3PLs, and monitor KPIs to improve cost efficiency and on-time delivery across global networks. This role embraces an on-site work culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international logistics or global supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Proven success in freight optimization and vendor negotiations.
• Experience managing multi-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAGE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies to support growth and reduce costs.
• Oversee import/export operations, Incoterms, and customs requirements; manage multi-modal transport.
• Lead and mentor a team; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities; negotiate rates and terms.
