Job summary

Ardmore Home Design (AHD) is seeking an International Logistics Manager to lead global movement of goods, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role demands strong knowledge of customs, Incoterms, and supplier management in a fast-paced, luxury home décor business.

You will manage multi-modal transportation, negotiate with carriers, and mentor a diverse logistics team to improve service levels while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, International Business, Logistics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in international logistics or global supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, global trade compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Proven success in vendor negotiations, contract management, and freight optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies to support growth, reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with trade laws, Incoterms and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers and suppliers to align shipments and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team, setting goals and driving continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and leverage ERP systems for real-time visibility and reporting.
