Job summary

Ardmore Home Design seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead daily warehousing and distribution, including Receiving, Shipping, Quality Control, and Repairs. You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and build capable teams on the warehouse floor while partnering with senior leaders to align with company growth in the luxury home décor space.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with strategic thinking, strong analytics, and a proven track record of improving safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
7+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution ops experience at senior manager/director level.
Experience leading supervisors and frontline teams, coaching leaders and building high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel; ERP/WMS and TMS experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish required.
Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, quality control, and inventory metrics.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical leadership for daily warehouse/distribution operations.
Oversee accuracy, quality, service, and safety standards.
Develop SOPs and enforce operational discipline across functions.
Hire, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline staff.
Monitor KPIs: on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, throughput, and costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Facilities.
