Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of direct experience in logistics, demand planning, supply chain, network optimization, customer service, or performance management.
• Experience managing large-scale accounts.
• Experience in high-volume vehicle transportation logistics, planning analytics, or equivalent high-volume supply chain environments.
• Deep experience with transportation networks including rail, truck, and port operations.
• 4–7 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex planning organizations.
• Strong background in forecasting, S&OP / IBP processes, and data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
• Customer Service mindset with an ability to align internal priorities with client targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and integrate Logistics Planning, Demand Planning, Performance Management, and Customer Service into a cohesive, high‑performing function.
• Own and refine the end‑to‑end demand planning process, including volume forecasting, allocation planning, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee comprehensive vehicle flow planning and network design across various transportation modes.
• Define and govern enterprise‑wide KPIs, creating sophisticated dashboards for senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary interface between operations, supply chain partners, sales, and clients.
• Champion the adoption of digital tools, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Provide in-depth performance trend analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align objectives.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and talent development.
