Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and logistics software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and familiarity with logistics management systems.
• Logistics management and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of international and domestic freight and logistics.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight budgets and carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to maintain accurate landed dates.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, track shipment status.
• Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Coordinate the carrier/transportation aspects of returns process flows.
• Optimize logistics processes to maximize efficiency.
