Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Director of Logistics and Planning to work 100% onsite in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and planning, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and leading cross-functional teams.

Your role will include oversight of demand planning and network optimization, along with maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years in logistics are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of direct experience in logistics, demand planning, supply chain, or performance management.
• Deep experience with transportation networks including rail, truck, and port operations.
• Strong background in forecasting, S&OP / IBP processes, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Logistics Planning, Demand Planning, and Customer Service into a cohesive function.
• Own and refine the end-to-end demand planning process.
• Oversee vehicle flow planning and network design.
