Job summary

Strottman International in Irvine, CA seeks a hands-on Sr. Logistics Manager to lead a global logistics network across toy products.

You will oversee international transportation, customs, domestic distribution, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships to support direct-to-consumer and B2B operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in distribution/logistics, strong project management, Excel expertise and WMS experience, plus excellent communication and leadership to drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 7+ years of distribution/logistics experience.
• Toy and Gaming industry or Consumer Products experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel; experience with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global logistics and distribution strategic plan.
• Manage importation activities, brokers, and ocean freight forwarders with negotiated rates.
• Provide logistics & warehousing budgets to internal teams.
• Oversee domestic transportation/warehousing, site selection, and carrier negotiations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and inventory levels with recommendations.
• Interface with client counterparts and finance to optimize inventory and reporting.
• Lead Ecommerce fulfillment and compare 3PLs to optimize costs and service.
• Report Ecommerce inventory status across the supply chain and to stakeholders.
