Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Logistics Senior Manager to lead the global customer logistics strategy, optimize product flows, and drive transformation programs across regions and functions. You will partner with Business Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Operations (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ten years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, customer logistics, product flow, distribution, planning, operations, or related functions.
• Three years leading teams, complex projects, or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Five years delivering logistics or supply chain improvements with measurable impact.
• Four years working with global/regional stakeholders across supply chain, planning, manufacturing, finance, IT, procurement, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global customer logistics organization and roadmap to improve service, reduce cost, and strengthen end-to-end product movement.
• Define and govern preferred product flow paths from source to customer, integrating into new product introduction flow plans.
• Oversee productivity initiatives across transportation, 3PL, broker operations, and control tower performance monitoring.
