Job summary

Solventum in Irvine, CA is seeking a Logistics Senior Supervisor to lead all day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring on-time receiving, storage, inventory management and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing, and at least 3 years in supervision.

SAP/WMS experience is preferred, with a focus on safety, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years in warehouse/logistics.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in relevant operations.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment for domestic and international shipments.
Develop and execute workforce planning to align resources with workload and schedules to meet objectives.
Implement and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order accuracy, and safety.
Coordinate line supply from semi-finished goods to production areas and ensure timely delivery of materials.
