Electrify America, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the national logistics network supporting the DC fast charging infrastructure and home charger fulfillment. You will manage a team across 10 warehouses in the US and Canada, drive cost reductions, and ensure high service levels.

You will collaborate with field services, NOC, and suppliers to optimize uptime and customer satisfaction while steering budgets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 4 direct and 20+ indirect logistics professionals across 10 warehouses in US/Canada.
• Oversee national DC fast charger network logistics and home charger fulfillment.
• Manage strategic 3PLs with quarterly business reviews and KPI targets.
• Drive annual cost reductions and optimize inventory with multi-million dollar impact.
• Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance and robust corrective actions.
