Job summary

Fairchild Live is seeking a Senior Events Manager to own regional and international programs end to end, working closely with editorial, sales, and leadership to deliver brand storytelling and business growth.

The role requires 6–8 years of major‑event experience, strong vendor negotiations, and budget ownership, with an emphasis on strategic planning and operational excellence. Onsite four days a week with one remote day supports in‑person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of event management experience in media, fashion, beauty, or experiential agency environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high‑profile events with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in vendor negotiations, contract management, and budget ownership.
• Strong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full event lifecycle from planning through execution and post‑event analysis.
• Manage large‑scale productions with autonomy, aligning with brand, audience, and revenue goals.
• Develop timelines, run‑of‑show documents and production schedules for flawless execution.
• Oversee on‑site operations including load‑in, live production, talent management, and strike.
• Partner with editorial and programming teams to handle speaker and talent logistics.
• Own event budgets, forecasts, and post‑event reconciliation/reporting to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead post‑event debriefs and reporting to improve future programming.
