Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a senior Executive Producer to lead strategic vision and flawless execution of complex event programs. This role collaborates with Operations, Growth, Strategy, and Creative leadership to deliver client results while meeting financial goals.

Hybrid work is available from locations including Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and Fort Wayne. You will manage budgets, vendors, and on‑site operations for proprietary events, conferences, and large‑scale experiential programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of conference operations and management experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing diverse events (conferences, concerts, activations).
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $8M+ and oversee large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across growth, strategy, creative, and operations.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery from RFP to post‑event wrap‑up.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, contracts, and profit margins.
• Manage on‑site operations, risk, health, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Serve as senior on‑site leader during load‑in, show days and strike.
