Deloitte is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Global Delivery Lead Senior Manager to lead end-to-end CRM transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech).
• 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery management with CRM platform expertise across Salesforce transformations.
• Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design.
• Guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.
• Drive business development, craft proposals, and develop practitioners.
