Job summary

Deloitte's Sales & Service team seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Lead Technical Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture for Life Sciences Cloud deployments, focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement across multi-region environments.

You will drive architecture governance, security guardrails, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and adoption-ready solutions; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years consulting or CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years life sciences industry experience.
• 2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
• Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment by integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
• Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations—using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms—to deliver compliant, scalable experiences.
• Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments.
• Establish security, environment, and release guardrails, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resilient, performant solutions.
• Lead design reviews and key technical decisions with business and technology teams.
