Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences.
- 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in Life Sciences.
- 5+ years in Global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead global delivery management for CRM platforms across multiple Salesforce transformations.
- Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design.
- Guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.
- Drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners.
