Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health in Vancouver, WA, seeks a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to support Cornerstone LMS, Kahuna, and related learning systems. You will work with a global team to implement and maintain learning assets and integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with learning teams, data reporting from the data lake, and upholding SLAs for learner services. A Bachelor’s in Learning & Development and Cornerstone experience are required, with healthcare experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Learning & Development or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (currently CSoD) with the ability to integrate multiple HR systems and technology (i.e., TMS).
• 3+ years current Cornerstone (CSoD) experience, certification a plus.
• Experience implementing a learning management system to a large-scale audience, with multiple positions and locations.
• Preferred: Experience with creation and modification of learning content.
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline a plus.
• Preferred: Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Administer company-wide system enhancements and implement learning assets and curriculums.
• Lead and support the learning system admins to maximize use of the platform.
• Collaborate with project learning teams and BU learning partners for planned deliverables.
• Participate in system integrations to ensure positive learner experience and proper reporting.
• Manage learning assets and data for compliance reporting.
• Prepare Kahuna implementation readiness and system maintenance.
• Ensure content items align with program design and system capabilities.
• Administer Medical Library support, SNOW ticketing and reporting.
• Respond to Associate requests within SLAs with best recommendations.
• Share knowledge with system admins through regular meetings.
