Job summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain is seeking a Learning and Talent Management System Administrator to own Cornerstone Learning, Performance, Succession, and Talent Marketplace across the enterprise. You will lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the platform, and ensure data integrity and security.

You’ll partner with Talent Management, HR, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into system solutions, build reports, and support go-live activities from Mesquite, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise learning or talent management system (Cornerstone strongly preferred).
• Experience configuring security, permission sets, org hierarchies, workflows, and automated assignment logic.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including building custom reports; advanced Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as system administrator for Cornerstone across all modules—Learning, Performance, Succession, and Talent Marketplace.
• Leads day-to-day Cornerstone implementation efforts with various cross-functional teams.
• Configures system architecture: org units, locations, users, permissions, and business rules.
• Owns data governance: mapping, validation, audits, and integrity monitoring.
