TheSeniorLearningSystemsAdminis responsible forproviding exceptional advanced level support forall learning technologies, administration at the global level for the Learning Management System(Cornerstone),support and implementation of theSkillsTracking Platform(Kahuna),technical support for the Medical Library,compleximplementations,systemmaintenance, integrationsandreporting.
This rolesupportstheglobal team of system administrators andprovidesvendor relationships for all MVH learning systems.This rolecontributes through research and testing anynew horizon technologies to explore and test to create a seamless Associate experience.
You Will:
- Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
- Provide administration ofcompany-wide system enhancements and implement new learningassetsandcurriculums.
- Providesupportandlead by examplefor the learningsystem admins to maximize use of the platform.
- Build relationships withprojectlearning teams and BUlearning partners to ensureproject deliverables are planned andmanageable for the learning systemsand learning systemsteam.
- Participate,testand manage(as needed)the systemsintegrations, to ensure a positive learner experienceand proper reporting capabilities.
- Manage the learningassets to providedata within the data lake toreport oncompliance information and key learning inputs.
- Configuration and implementation readiness of theKahunaCompetency & Skills Tracking platform forMVH;system and asset maintenanceand companysystemadministration, as well as reporting.
- Ensure learning content items are implemented and packaged based on program design; contribute to program design based on knowledge andexpertiseofsystem capabilities.
- Administer the MVH MedicalLibrarytechnical support, SNOW ticketmanagementand reporting.
- Respond to Associate request for support within the defined SLAs, thoroughly researching and testing to provide best recommendations/fix.
- Demonstrate and share knowledge withsystem admins by meeting regularly and contributing to their growth in knowledge and use of the system
Your Experience Should Include:
- Bachelor’s Learning & Developmentor the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Required:Experience managing a Learning Management System (currentlyCSoD) with the ability to integrate multiple HR systems and technology (i.e., TMS).
- 3+ years current Cornerstone (CSoD) experience, certificationa plus.
- Required:Experience implementing a learning management systemtoa large-scale audience, with multiple positions and locations.
- Preferred:Experience with creation and modification of learning content.
- Knowledge of Articulate Storylinea plus.
- Preferred:Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Salary range: $119,618- 186,966
Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges aredetermined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
