Qualifications

• Significant expertise in U.S. labor and employment law.
• Experience advising on cross-border and global labor and employment matters.
• Experience supporting executive and employee compensation matters.
• Broad-based corporate and privacy law experience.
• Ability to independently manage a broad range of legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment counsel on U.S. and global labor and employment matters, including policies, employee relations, investigations, leaves, terminations.
• Advise on compensation matters, including equity and deferred compensation, and related documents.
• Provide guidance on employment privacy, data protection, AI, and governance matters.
• Support employee benefits and workplace programs in coordination with HR.
• Draft and negotiate employment, recruiting, consulting, vendor, and other agreements.
• Support international expansion and cross-border workforce matters with local counsel.
