Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment to own the full spectrum of employment matters across the company, including strategic advisory and daily HR support. The role spans U.S. matters with coordination of international issues (UK, India) and close partnership with HR and executive teams.

The successful candidate will be a pragmatic business-minded lawyer with 8+ years of experience, in-house preferred, JD required, and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant employment law experience.
• In-House Experience strongly preferred; law firm experience considered for embedded GC roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology/public companies valued.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive employment-related advisory and day-to-day support to HR and business leaders.
• Oversee global employment matters across U.S., UK, Ireland, India, Canada, and Israel.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Partner with outside counsel on litigation and specialized matters; build scalable processes and playbooks.
