You will manage intricate negotiations with clients and internal teams, ensuring MI is accurately captured and regulatory changes are incorporated.

Qualifications

• Experience with derivatives master documentation (ISDA) and related agreements.
• Knowledge of collateral arrangements including CSAs and UMR VM/IM.
• Familiarity with DF protocol and FIA execution agreements.
• Strong negotiation and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage master and collateral agreements (ISDA) and related transactional documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on due diligence and execution.
• Update and maintain MI in internal systems to reflect negotiations and terms.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise on applicable laws and LRRs.
• Manage client negotiations and ensure alignment with policies and controls.
