Landing Point is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen its global technology backbone, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across offices worldwide. You will lead complex projects, mentor teams, and advance cloud initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and M365, while optimizing networking, storage, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical roles.
Minimum 3 years leading complex infrastructure projects or serving as a senior technical resource within an enterprise environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, OKTA, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical resource and escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoint, and identity-related issues.
Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, office technology deployments, security enhancements, platform migrations, and operational improvement projects.
Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing to support analysts, engineers, and other technology team members.
Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise infrastructure platforms supporting global operations.
Administer and optimize core infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, enterprise storage, and backup systems.
Support and enhance the firm's cloud infrastructure strategy with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure.
Administer identity and access management solutions including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and authentication services.
Support enterprise networking infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless networking, VPN connectivity, SD-WAN, and internet services.
Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive administrative tasks.
Partner with third‑party vendors, consultants, and service providers to support infrastructure operations and strategic initiatives.
