PLANIT Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Email and Office Integration migrations for technology teams. The role involves coordinating with email migration engineers, managing timelines, and guiding clients through complex transitions across acquisitions and internal projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of tech project management, strong communication, public speaking skills, and comfort with virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, computer science, network/computer engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Exchange, O365 migrations, moves, and office decommissioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee email & application migration projects for acquisitions and internal moves.
• Coordinate with engineers to track tasks, risks, and timelines.
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Manage project documentation and deployment guides.
• Schedule travel for engineers and liaise with site contacts.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders via reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate training seminars and screen-sharing sessions for end users.
