Job summary

Everpure seeks a Senior Insurance Manager to lead our global corporate insurance and risk-transfer program, protecting enterprise value across scaling operations. You will own the insurance portfolio and develop capital-efficient strategies for property, casualty, financial, and specialty lines.

Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, you will partner across Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, HR and Facilities to identify exposures and optimize total cost of risk, while evolving the insurance strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate insurance or risk management experience.
• Experience managing multi-line portfolios and global renewals.
• Strong quantitative acumen for risk financing and cost of risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead global insurance strategy across property, casualty, financial and specialty lines.
• Manage renewals end-to-end including exposure analysis and market negotiations.
• Oversee risk financing, self-insurance, captives, and alternate risk-transfer options.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain to align insurance with contracts.
