Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Insurance Risk Management to partner with business segments and protect assets across the organization. You will lead renewal processes, review coverage structures, and coordinate with brokers to ensure optimal risk transfer.

The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on casualty, property, E&O, cyber, and related coverages within a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in risk management, underwriting, or insurance brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the insurance program renewal process by compiling underwriting data, reviewing structures, and recommending coverage changes.
• Assist and/or manage renewals of Casualty, Property, E&O, Cyber, D&O, Fiduciary and Crime coverages.
• Establish internal relationships to facilitate risk identification and understanding across the organization.
• Respond to inquiries on coverage and risk management issues.
• Manage casualty claims with TPAs and insurers for efficient resolution.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, including Reps & Warranty insurance integration.
• Review contracts to recommend appropriate insurance coverage types and levels.
• Assist with management of professional liability and cyber claims.
