Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Risk Manager, Insurance to lead the global corporate insurance function, overseeing risk quantification, financing strategy, renewals, claims, and governance. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Security to scale programs across products and markets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate insurance, deep expertise in risk financing structures, and a track record of leading AI-driven modernization of risk processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance experience.
• Strong expertise in risk financing structures and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to translate complex insurance concepts for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of corporate risk management, including contracts, claims, policy administration and compliance.
• Lead design and optimization of global insurance programs across lines (Tech E&O, Cyber, D&O, Property, GL, International).
• Lead annual renewal negotiations, market submissions and coverage implications of new products or expansions.
• Oversee integration of M&A into global programs and provide ongoing claims management and governance.
